As the April 15th tax deadline looms, tax payers all over the country are feeling the pressure to file their income on-time. Still, many people fail to file their taxes, including celebrities. These notable stars have been cited as owing the IRS back taxes.

Mark Anthony has had multiple run-ins with the IRS. In 2007, he was ordered to pay $2.7 million in back taxes. Also, in 2010, New York state demanded $1.8 million in back taxes from Anthony.
