Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Kanye West has called out Drake on Twitter, stating that the rapper has threatened him.

West posted a large number of tweets directed at Drake on Thursday night, reigniting their feud in the process.

"Drake called trying to threatened me," West said. "So Drake if anything happens to me or anyone from my family you are the first suspect so cut the tough talk."

West referenced in his tweets Pusha T's November concert in Toronto where Pusha T was attacked onstage -- an incident Pusha T blames on Drake -- and said Drake poked fun of his mental health issues.

"There would never be a drake without a Kanye west so never come out your mouth with a threat," West continued. "You trying to be a bully. I never been bullied in my life and I never will be. That's why I made it this far in a pink polo."

Kim Kardashian, West's wife, also slammed Drake on Twitter. "Never threaten my husband or our family. He paved the way for there to be a Drake," she said.

Things first became sour between West and Drake during Drake's feud with Pusha T, who is the president of West's G.O.O.D. Music record label. The feud involved multiple diss tracks including Drake's "Duppy Freestyle," which also featured lyrics about West and Pusha T's "The Story of Adidon," which revealed that Drake is a father.

West attempted to bury the hatchet with Drake in September by sending out an apology on Twitter. West, weeks later, then expressed his disappointment with Drake on Instagram for not doing anything to stop rumors about his hit song "In My Feelings" being about Kardashian.
