Hewitt shared a throwback photo of herself posing topless during her pregnancy with Autumn. She said Hallisay captured the picture while she was 14 weeks along.

"#tbt First pic my husband took of me pregnant. I was 14 weeks and had no idea how much my body would change. Life would change and my heart would grow," the star captioned the post.

"The best thing I have ever done will always be marrying him, having our kids and watching them change and grow everyday. #grateful #happymommy #happywifey #luckygirl #mylittlefamily," she added.

Hewitt previously described her family life as "crazy and beautiful" in an interview with People.

"Every day brings something new and surprising and exciting," the actress told the magazine. "I wouldn't trade any of it for the world."

"It's so gratifying to see [Autumn and Atticus] developing such a strong bond," she added. "My brother has always been an important part of my life and I'm so glad they will always have each other, too."

Hewitt is known for the film I Know What You Did Last Summer and the TV series Party of Five and Ghost Whisperer. She will return to television in Ryan Murphy's forthcoming series 9-1-1.
