Aug. 22 (UPI) -- Unilever has recalled 137,000 cases of Jolly Rancher flavored confection pops because the products may contain milk, an ingredient not listed on the label, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Thursday.

"These products are typically sold through channels such as ice cream trucks, concession stands, and grab-and-go freezers throughout the United States," the FDA said in a release.

"Persons who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product."

There have been two allergic reactions reported by people who consumed these products, the FDA said.

The Jolly Rancher flavored confection pops were distributed to vendors and wholesalers nationwide between February 1, 2024, and August 15, 2024.

The 2.71 fl. oz confections have a customer UPC of 077567003720.

The recall does not apply to the 18-count Popsicle Jolly Rancher multi-pack products that are sold in grocery stores and retailers nationwide, the FDA said.
