Alyson Kwok restocks the shelves with KrustyO's cereal at a 7-Eleven convenience store converted to a "Kwik-E-Mart" in Burbank, California on July 2, 2007. Over the weekend, 7-Eleven Inc. turned eleven stores into Kwik-E-Marts, the fictional convenience stores of "The Simpsons" fame, to promote the release later this month of "The Simpsons Movie," in the latest example of marketers making life imitate art. The store sells items that until now existed only on television: Buzz Cola, KrustyO's cereal and Squishees, the slushy drink knockoff of Slurpees. It's all part of a campaign to hype the July 27 opening of "The Simpsons Movie," the big-screen debut for the long-running television cartoon, which loves to lampoon 7-Eleven as a store that sells all kinds of unhealthy snacks and is run by a man with a thick Indian accent. LONDON, June 4 (UPI) -- The calorie content of food can vary quite a bit depending on brand or how it is manufactured or even among different kinds of fruit.

For example, the candy maker Cadbury decided to stop manufacturing chocolate bars with more than 250 calories to help stave off obesity, but a bowl of Jordans Super Berry granola without milk -- which many may choose as a healthy breakfast -- contains 438 calories, the Guardian reported.

Just having coffee for breakfast can also pack on the pounds. A medium-sized Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino -- made with whole milk and whipped cream -- has 400 calories and almost half of a woman's daily recommended daily allowance of saturated fat.

Having only fruit for breakfast? Some may be temped to eat the the whole pineapple, which has more than 450 calories, but an average avocado -- yes it is fruit, a large berry that contains a single seed -- will have 275 calories.

However, a single serving of diced fresh pineapple contains 80 calories and is high in dietary fiber, very high in manganese, high in thiamin, high in vitamin B6 and very high in vitamin C, but it is also very high in sugar -- a serving contains more than 16 grams of sugar.

Even the calories of a serving of alcohol can vary widely. For example, a single Gordon's gin and tonic contains 72 calories, but a glass of medium white wine contains almost 200.
