A week after TMZ reported that Charlie Sheen fired Selma Blair from his hit sit-com "Anger Management," the character who is going to replace her on the show is reportedly already being cast.

Entertainment Weekly reports the listing from the show's casting director is looking for someone to play "the new doctor" and doesn't have a name yet.

The casting call is reportedly seeking actresses who are "gorgeous," "sexy" and in their 30s or 40s. In addition, they ask that applicants preferably be Latina or Caucasian between 5 feet and 5 feet 6 inches tall.

The character's description goes on to say that "If Charlie and Kate were like Sam and Diane on Cheers, then you are Rebecca. Tough, career driven, neurotic and you wear your heart on your sleeve."

The call also states that, as the new character, "you hate yourself for eventually becoming attracted to Charlie.”

Blair, who basically fills out all the requirements, was fired from the show last week -- allegedly via text message -- after she complained to the show's producers about the Sheen's poor work ethic.
