Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Survivor star Cirie Fields has joined the cast of Big Brother Season 25.
The fan favorite four-time Survivor contestant joined Big Brother in a surprise twist during Wednesday's premiere.
At the end of the episode, viewers learned that the mother of one of the houseguests was in the house, as well. Fields, whose son Jared Fields is a contestant in Season 25, then welcomed the players at the house with champagne.
Fields is known for competing in Survivor: Panama, Survivor: Micronesia, Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains and Survivor: Game Changers. She also won the inaugural season of the Peacock series The Traitors.
Fields is the first Survivor alum to appear on Big Brother.
Jared Fields was nominated for eviction Wednesday, along with Cory Wurtenberger, Felicia Cannon and Kirsten Elwin.
Big Brother Season 25 airs Wednesdays on CBS.
