Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Netflix is giving a glimpse of On My Block Season 4. The streaming service shared a teaser trailer for the season Monday featuring Sierra Capri as Monsé Finnie, a teenager living in inner-city Los Angeles.

The preview shows Monsé (Capri) and her boyfriend, Cesar Diaz (Diego Tinoco), discuss their futures. Monsé encourages Cesar (Tinoco) to leave and get away from Oscar (Julio Macias), his brother and a high-level gang member, but Cesar doesn't see a way out.
"You don't understand. You're gonna go off and be a famous writer someday," Cesar says. "But this life... It's my destiny. My family crest is, and will always be, a gang sign. It's too late."
The series is created by Lauren Iungerich, Eddie Gonzalez and Jeremy Haft and co-stars Jason Genao and Brett Gray.
On My Block will return for a fourth and final season Oct. 4 on Netflix.
