The marathon will include the films Elvira, Mistress of the Dark from 1988, House on Haunted Hill from 1959, The City of the Dead from 1960 and Messiah of Evil from 1973.

The special, inspired by Elvira's television series Elvira's Movie Macabre, will later become available across all Shudder platforms worldwide and AMC+ on Sept. 27.

"It's always tough turning 40, but what better way to mark the occasion than a one-night stand with Shudder, the spookiest of streamers? It's going to be the ultimate Hallow-anniversa-ween bash, and you don't want to miss it," the horror icon said in a statement.
