Aug. 21 (UPI) -- Emmy Award-winning actor Keith David has signed on to narrate Season 2 of HBO Max's romantic-comedy anthology series, Love Life, which is now filming in New York.
"Season 2 focuses on Marcus Watkins (William Jackson Harper) as he comes out of a years-long relationship with the woman he thought was going to be his person," a synopsis from the streaming service said Friday.
"The rug pulled out from under him, he is plunged back into the search for the romantic fulfillment that he thought he had already found."
The cast includes Jessica Williams, Punkie Johnson and Chris "Comedian CP" Powell.
David's credits include the films 21 Bridges, Night School, The Princess and the Frog, Requiem for a Dream, Men at Work, They Live, Crash, There's Something About Mary, The Thing and Platoon, as well as the TV shows Greenleaf, NCIS: New Orleans, Blackish, MacGyver, Fresh Off the Boat, Community, Enlisted and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.
He is also a popular voice-over artist.
