'Sex Education' Season 3 to premiere in September, first look photos released

June 24 (UPI) -- Sex Education Season 3 is coming to Netflix on September 17, the streaming service announced on Thursday alongside new photos from the upcoming episodes.

Stars Asa Butterfield (Otis), Ncuti Gatwa (Eric), Emma Mackey (Maeve), Connor Swindells (Adam) and more appear in the first-look photos.

Sex Education was renewed for a third season in February 2020. Season 2 came to Netflix in January 2020.

The series follows Butterfield's Otis whose mother Jean (Gillian Anderson) is a sex therapist. Otis sets up an underground sex therapy clinic at his school with help from his friend Maeve (Mackey).

Co-stars include Kedar Williams-Stirling, Alistair Petrie, Aimee Lou Wood and Tanya Reynolds.

Jemima Kirke, Dua Saleh and Jason Isaacs have joined the series and will appear in Season 3.
