June 11 (UPI) -- Jameela Jamil is set to star in Marvel's upcoming She-Hulk series on Disney+.

The actress will portray supervillain Titania who, like She-Hulk, also possesses super strength.

Jamil joins a cast that includes Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black) in the title role, along with Mark Ruffalo returning as Hulk, Tim Roth returning as villain Abomination, Ginger Gonzaga and Renée Elise Goldsberry.

Kat Coiro (Dead to Me, Modern Family) is directing the pilot and several other episodes. Jessica Gao (Rick and Morty) is serving as lead writer.

She-Hulk will follow Maslany's Jennifer Walters, who in the pages of Marvel Comics is an attorney who gains powers after receiving a blood transfusion from her cousin, Ruffalo's Bruce Banner.

Jamil is best known for portraying Tahani Al-Jamil on NBC's The Good Place and hosts The Misery Index on TBS.
