"Chrissy Teigen has decided to step away from a guest voiceover role in one episode of the upcoming second season of Never Have I Ever," a representative for the Netflix show said in a statement Friday. "The role is expected to be recast."
The show is about an Indian American high school student who recently lost her father.
"I'm mortified and sad at who I used to be. I was an insecure, attention seeking troll," Teigen told Stodden in an online message.
Teigen, 35, has been married to singer-songwriter John Legend, 42, since 2013. They have two young children.
