The Scottish Warrior and Kingston had battled last week to become the No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship, but the bout was interrupted by Lashley and his manager MVP.
Lashley and MVP were told that they would be suspended without pay for 90 days if they interfered again on Monday.
Kingston fought hard and was able to counter McIntyre's Claymore with a Trouble in Paradise, however, McIntyre was able to reach the ropes to break up Kingston's ensuing pin.
The high-flyer was able to stomp McIntyre down to the ground outside the ring and went to the top rope once again back inside the squared circle. McIntyre then countered Kingston's aerial attack with a Claymore that connected in mid-air in order to win the match.
Lashley came out and held up his WWE Championship and he stared down McIntyre as Raw went off the air. Hell in a Cell takes place on June 20.
Also on Raw, The Miz returned to host a new installment of talk show Miz TV featuring Charlotte Flair and Raw Women's Champion Rhea Ripley. The Miz said he was injured and was joined by his tag team partner John Morrison.
Ripley will be defending her title against Flair at Hell in a Cell. The Queen pointed out how Ripley was unable to defeat Nikki Cross last week in two minutes.
Cross interrupted Miz TV and said she deserves to face the winner from Hell in a Cell. Cross then challenged Flair to the same two-minute challenge.
Cross dodged and ran away from Flair during their match in order to take up time on the two-minute clock. Flair also wasted time by getting in to a war of words with Ripley, who was viewing the contest from ringside.
The clock ran out on Flair as she tried to apply to Figure-Eight, giving Cross her second big win.
Shayna Baszler got the face Reginald in a one-on-one match after she blamed the sommelier on costing her and Nia Jax their Women's Tag Team Championships. Jax continued to support Reginald and was cheering for him backstage.
Reginald used his acrobatic skills to dodge attacks from Baszler until she finally grounded him. Baszler starting attacking Reginald's leg and got ready to apply the Kirifuda Clutch until fire erupted from the ring posts.
Reginald took advantage of the distraction to earn the upset victory over Baszler. The fire is believed to have come from Alexa Bliss, who later welcomed Reginald onto her talk show, Alexa's Playground.
Bliss' strange interview with Reginald was cut short by Baszler, who beat up the sommelier and tossed him off the set. Baszler then threatened Bliss and made fun of her creepy doll Lilly.
Other moments from Raw included Randy Orton defeating Xavier Woods by using Riddle's move the Bro Derek; Mace and T-Bar defeating Lucha House Party; United States Champion Sheamus losing to both Ricochet and Humberto Carrillo in non-title matches; Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke defeating Naomi and Lana; Cedric Alexander defeating Shelton Benjamin; and Raw Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Omos successfully defending their titles against Elias and Jaxson Ryker.
Elias had left Ryker behind as Omos dominated the match. Styles then ended things with a Phenomenal Forearm. Elias, backstage, then said he was done teaming up with Ryker.
