Cam Anthony crowned Season 20 winner of 'The Voice'

May 25 (UPI) -- Cam Anthony has won Season 20 of the NBC singing competition series, The Voice.

The 19-year-old Philadelphia native beat out fellow finalists Kenzie Wheeler, Jordan Matthew Young, Rachel Mac and Victor Solomon for the honor.

He also took home a $100,000 cash prize and secured a record deal.

This season's coaches were Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Nick Jonas and Blake Shelton.

Shelton was Anthony's mentor this season. Anthony's win marked the eighth time Shelton has guided an artist to victory on the show.

Carson Daly was the host.
