WWE Raw: Seth Rollins apologizes, Bobby Lashley arrested

By Wade Sheridan

Dec. 3 (UPI) -- Seth Rollins attempted to apologize on Raw for the disparaging remarks he made last week about the Raw roster.

Rollins said on Monday that his comments about the Raw locker room sucking following Survivor Series came from the heart and came off the wrong way. The Beast Slayer also called out Kevin Owens to apologize to him face-to-face.

Owens called into question the apology and was suspicious about how AOP had attacked him last week and not Rollins. The Architect denied any involvement with Akam and Rezar of AOP who eventually arrived onto the scene.

AOP challenged Rollins and Owens to a tag team match, which Owens denied stating that it would just end with himself getting beat up by the three others. Rollins left Owens behind and noticeably was not bothered by AOP while walking back up the entrance ramp.

Owens was ready for a fight and issued an open challenge to anyone in the back which was answered by Bobby Lashley and his girlfriend Lana.

Lana brought with her two police officers and explained that her estranged husband Rusev was banned from attacking herself or Lashley due to a restraining order.

Lashley and Owens had a competitive match until AOP arrived just after Owens hit The Almighty with the Pop-Up Powerbomb. Akam and Rezar brutally assaulted Owens and dragged him to the backstage area where he wasn't seen from again.

Lashley, as he was giving a post-match interview, was attacked from behind by Rusev who arrived to the ring from the crowd. Rusev kicked his rival in the face and got in a few punches before he exited through the crowd as the cops approached him.

Lana and Lashley, upset with how the police officers did not protect them, yelled at the cops with Lashley bumping into one of them. That was enough to put Lashley in handcuffs which infuriated Lana.

Lana also booked a one-way ticket to jail when she slapped one of the police officers in retaliation, leading to her arrest as well.

Also on Raw, Randy Orton was the target of both Drew McIntyre and AJ Styles who blames The Viper for causing him to lose his United States Championship to Rey Mysterio.

Styles and his group The OC, also consisting of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, faced off against Mysterio, Ricochet and Humberto Carrillo in the main event.

The high-flying attacks of Mysterio and his team were not enough to stop Styles from scoring the victory after he nailed Ricochet with a top rope, Avalanche Styles Clash for the three count. As Styles celebrated, Orton arrived from behind and hit The Phenomenal One with an RKO.

Other moments from Raw included McIntyre defeating Akira Tozawa; Aleister Black defeating Tony Nese; Andrade defeating Eric Young; NASCAR champion Kyle Busch pinned R-Truth to become the new 24/7 Champion; Erick Rowan defeating No Way Jose; Women's Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors defeated Charlotte Flair in a 1-on-2 Handicap match; and Raw Tag Team Champions The Viking Raiders defeated Mark Sterling and Mitchell Lyons.
