Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Porsha Williams says she's "re-engaged" to Dennis McKinley following their split.
The 38-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star gave an update on her relationship status with McKinley during Sunday's episode of Watch What Happens Live.
Williams and McKinley separated in June following reports McKinley cheated on Williams during her pregnancy. Williams gave birth to the couple's first child, daughter Pilar, in March.
"We're still working it out. We really are. We are re-engaged," Williams said.
"We're working on our family. It takes time," she added. "I love him, and he loves me, and we're doing what's best for our family. That's really all you can do."
Williams said she and McKinley are working on rebuilding trust in their relationship. The pair have yet to set a wedding date.
"It will be next year. We don't have a set date yet," Williams said.
In addition, Williams confirmed she's wearing the engagement ring McKinley originally proposed with and demanded back after their split.
McKinley's cheating scandal has been playing out in Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 12. Williams said filming began just "two or three weeks" after her split from McKinley.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Bravo and co-stars NeNe Leakes, Kandi Burruss, Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore and Eva Marcille. On WWHL, Williams also addressed the issue of Leakes' accountability.
