Post Malone says third album is 'completed,' will arrive in September

Aug. 7 (UPI) -- Post Malone announced on The Tonight Show that he has completed his third studio album which he will release in September.

"It's completed. Third album is done," Malone told host Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday. The singer last released Beerbongs & Bentleys in 2018 which contained the singles "Rockstar" and "Psycho."

Malone also presented Fallon with a snippet of his upcoming song "Circles" which will appear on the third album.

"On this next album we're doing a lot of cool, very fresh type stuff," Malone said.

Malone also performed The Dubliners' "Seven Drunken Nights" with Fallon as the duo each drank a pint of beer.

Malone faced off against Fallon in a game of Beer Pong using a special can of Bud Light that featured Malone's likeness. The musician defeated the late night host, causing Fallon to drink from two cups of beer.

Malone is set to kick off a North American fall tour that will begin on Sept. 14 at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Wash., before it ends on Nov. 20 at The Forum in Los Angeles. He will also be performing in Portland, Las Vegas, Detroit, Toronto, Boston, New York, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, Denver and Salt Lake City, among other cities.
