July 31 (UPI) -- Jenna Bush Hager got a "great gift" -- reuniting with Hoda Kotb -- during her baby shower.

The 37-year-old television personality took to Instagram Wednesday after sharing a "magical" moment with Kotb, her Today co-host, at the event Tuesday.

Hager posted a slideshow of photos with Kotb, who is on maternity leave from Today after adopting a second daughter, Hope Catherine, in April.

"Tearing up -- because I felt so much love from all of these awesome women who lift me up every day, celebrate me, and make me laugh. Sharing this magical, motherhood moment with this mama @hodakotb is one great gift," Hager wrote.

"And to you all who have encouraged, laughed along, and supported me, my gratitude is endless," she added. "Can't wait to meet this babe and yes, be reunited with my Hoda on @hodaandjenna."

Kotb, who is also parent to 2-year-old daughter Haley Joy with boyfriend Joel Schiffman, shared a similar picture on her own account.

"Saw my girl @jennabhager today... celebrating her baby #3! Loved seeing her face.. can't wait to be reunited again on tv too!" she wrote.

Hager announced in April she is expecting her third child with husband Henry Hager. The couple are already parents to two daughters, 6-year-old Margaret and 3-year-old Poppy.

"I'm very pregnant, so I don't know how I hid this," Hager said on Today. "We're thrilled! It is a shock -- it's a lot. But we're grateful. [The girls] are so happy to where they're telling strangers."

Hager replaced Kathie Lee Gifford as Kotb's co-host on Today following Gifford's exit from the show in April. Hager, the daughter of former president George W. Bush, joined NBC as a Today correspondent in 2009.
