May 14 (UPI) -- National Geographic channel, the new home for Running Wild with Bear Grylls, has renewed the reality series for a fifth season.

The new season, which will run 10 episodes and premiere in the Fall, is set to feature a new lineup of celebrity guest stars including Captain Marvel star Brie Larson and Call Me By Your Name actor Armie Hammer.

Grylls will be traveling to remote locations around the world including the jagged cliffs of Sardinia, a glacier in Iceland, the deserts of Arizona and the jungles of Panama.

Running Wild with Bear Grylls originally aired for four seasons on NBC where it was launched in 2014.

National Geographic also ordered more episodes of Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted; a new version of Brain Games that will feature celebrity guests Kristin Bell, Dax Shepherd, NFL star Drew Brees, Rebel Wilson and Anthony Anderson; and a new competition series from the creators of The Amazing Race titled Race to the Center of the Earth.

Race to the Center of the Earth will follow four teams who are placed at different points of the globe and must travel a 5,000 mile route through harsh terrains. The first team to reach a buoy in the middle of the ocean wins $1 million.

"Unlike other competition formats, Race to the Center of the Earth will combine the grittiness of a survival show with the cinematic style of a feature film action-thriller dropping viewers in the middle of a heart-pounding journey unlike anything ever made for television," executive VP unscripted entertainment at National Geographic Geoff Daniels said in a statement.
