Amber Portwood celebrates Leah's 10th birthday with Gary Shirley

Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Amber Portwood made daughter Leah's birthday a family affair.

The 28-year-old television personality rang in the occasion Monday with Leah's dad, her ex-fiancé Gary Shirley, his wife, Kristina Shirley, and their daughter, Emilee.

The Teen Mom OG star and Shirley wished Leah a happy birthday in separate tweets.

"Ready to eat this #nailedit cake lol just have to wait for Leah to get out of school," Portwood wrote. "Happy Birthday my 10 year old big girl love you!!"

"This very day 10 years ago @AmberLPortwood gave birth to my wonderful @leah_leann," Shirley said. "Happy birthday @leah_leann you been an amazing daughter for us all!!!!"

Portwood had made Leah a birthday cake the day before. She shared a photo of the dessert Sunday on Twitter, referencing the Netflix series Nailed It!

"Nailed it!!! Hahaha boo boo helped but I did the damage lol @krissyK01 @ItsGaryTime see you guys tomorrow!"

Portwood is parent to Leah with Shirley and 6-month-old son James with boyfriend Andrew Glennon. She shared a bonding moment with Kristina during the Nov. 5 episode of Teen Mom OG while discussing a past miscarriage.

"I never told anybody, but when I was with Matt I had a miscarriage," the star shared, referencing her ex-fiancé Matt Baier.

Portwood came to fame on the MTV series 16 & Pregnant before starring on Teen Mom. She threatened to quit Teen Mom OG in a series of tweets last week, saying the show is "too much to bear."
