June 22 (UPI) -- Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino is headed for divorce.
TMZ reported the 41-year-old television personality's husband, Jim Bellino, filed for divorce Thursday after 13 years of marriage.
Jim cited irreconcilable differences for the split and listed "TBD" as their date of separation, according to Us Weekly. He is requesting spousal support and joint physical and legal custody of their three children.
Bellino is parent to son James and twin daughters Melania and Mackenna with Jim. She shared a photo with her kids on Mother's Day in May.
"There's no one I'd rather do this Circle of Life with. I love you three so much. I'm beyond thankful to be your mom. You are my heartbeat. #Mothersday #2018," the star captioned the post.
Bellino starred in Seasons 5 through 8 of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
