'Grey's Anatomy' star Jesse Williams dating sports reporter

June 1 (UPI) -- Grey's Anatomy star Jesse Williams appears to have a new woman in his life.

People confirmed Thursday the 36-year-old actor is dating SportsNet New York anchor Taylor Rooks.

"Jesse and Taylor have in fact started dating," a source told the magazine.

Williams and Rooks were spotted together at Kevin Hart's comedy show in Atlantic City, N.J., over Memorial Day weekend, according to Page Six.

"They are eager to keep their romance under wraps," an insider said. "He's been going through a difficult divorce, but he's found solace with Taylor."

Williams filed for divorce from Aryn Drake-Lee in April 2017 after more than four years of marriage. He addressed cheating rumors in Jay Z's short film Footnotes for 4:44, which was released in July.

"I was in a relationship 13 years, 13 real years, not 5 years, not 7 years -- 13 years. All of a sudden [expletive] are writing think-pieces that I somehow threw a 13-year relationship," the star said.

Williams shares two children, daughter Sadie and son Maceo, with Drake-Lee. He plays Jackson Avery on Grey's Anatomy, which will return for a 15th season on ABC in the fall.
