May 10 (UPI) -- Kendra Wilkinson is focusing on her "well-being" in the wake of her separation.

The 32-year-old television personality gave an update in an Instagram post Tuesday after filing for divorce from her husband, former NFL player Hank Baskett, in April after eight years of marriage.

"Just posting random selfies and saying hello to u all," Wilkinson captioned a slideshow of photos.

"Been trying to take care of myself lately. My mental, emotional n physical well being. Kids come first at all time but mama needs some fun rt now," she said.

Wilkinson is parent to 8-year-old son Hank and 3-year-old daughter Alijah with Baskett. The pair are requesting joint physical and legal custody of their children.

"We are both amazing parents and our kids will be happy n never know the difference other than seeing mama smile," Wilkinson said in a post in April.

Wilkinson and Baskett's marriage had weathered Baskett's cheating scandal in 2014. Wilkinson broke down in a series of videos on Instagram Stories in April amid rumors of her split from the former Philadelphia Eagles player.

"10 years. I did everything I could. It wasn't good enough," the star said in one clip. "I will always love him and my heart will always remain open for him."

"I believed him forever, really did. Guess it's just not meant to be," she mused. "I'm so scared, but I have to get strong for my kids. I will."
