March 1 (UPI) -- Chadwick Boseman surprised Black Panther fans alongside Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show.

The segment, which aired Wednesday, featured a number of fans confessing their love for the Marvel epic to a Black Panther poster of Boseman before the actor suddenly appeared from behind a curtain after listening to what they wanted to say.

"My king! My king!" one fan exclaimed while making the Wakanda crossed arm salute after Boseman surprised him.

"Basically everything that represents me, was honored in this movie," said another fan said in reference to how his family hails from Africa before Boseman came out to tease him about watching a bootleg version of the film.

The last fan showcased came to tears after Boseman stepped through the curtain and was given a hug by the star.
