'Cosmos' Season 2 to premiere in spring 2019

Jan. 14 (UPI) -- The Fox TV and NatGeo Channel science program Cosmos: Possible Worlds is to return for a second season in the spring of 2019.

"Yup. We got the band back together. Another season of Cosmos is officially real. "COSMOS: Possible Worlds" To air on @FOXTV & @NatGeoChannel in a year - Spring 2019. Be there," host Neil deGrasse Tyson tweeted Saturday.

The new season "will again delve into the cosmic revolution, profound scientific concepts and how we found our coordinates in space and time," the show's Facebook page said.
