The Texas Rattlesnake, one of the most legendary Superstars in WWE's history, will be joining other wrestling legends, notable performers and Hall of Famers, such as The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, announcers Jim Ross and Jerry 'The King' Lawler, Ric Flair, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, The Bella Twins, D-Generation X, The Dudley Boyz, The New Age Outlaws, Ron Simmons and JBL.

Austin was last featured on WWE programming during WrestleMania 32 in 2016, when he teamed up with Michaels and Mick Foley to take down The League of Nations. The New Day then joined the veterans for a celebration before Austin delivered a Stone Cold Stunner to Xavier Woods.
