TMZ reported Tuesday that Frankel reopened her divorce case Dec. 6. She and Hoppy, who reached a custody agreement in 2014, were scheduled to appear in court in January.

Hoppy accepted a plea deal in October after Frankel accused him of stalking and harassment. E! News reported at the time that the charges will be dismissed if Hoppy follows Frankel's order of protection for six months.

Police arrested Hoppy and charged him with stalking and harassment in January after he showed up at Bryn's school. He allegedly had been sending Frankel threatening messages for months.

Frankel and Hoppy called it quits in 2012 after two years of marriage and finalized their divorce in July 2016. The reality star said in an interview with People in April that her split from Hoppy left her unsure if she will ever marry again.
