Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Smackdown's own The New Day invaded Raw once again Monday as The Shield were defending their Tag Team Championships against Cesaro and Sheamus.

The New Day made their presence known towards the end of the main event to announce that Smackdown was taking their rival brand "under siege" once again before they bolted from the audience as Raw general manager Kurt Angle and a group of Superstars arrived from the locker room.

The moment and distraction was enough for Sheamus to nail Shield member Seth Rolling with a Brogue Kick amid the confusion for the three count making Cesaro and Sheamus the new Raw Tag Team Champions.

If Cesaro and Sheamus can hold onto the titles for one more week, they will represent Raw against Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos at Survivor Series on Nov. 19. The New Day which consists of Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston and Big E, may now be headed towards a collision course with The Shield consisting of Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns who is still out of action due to sickness.

Also on Raw, Braun Strowman finally got his revenge against Intercontinental Champion The Miz after The A-Lister had ordered The Monster Among Men to be thrown into a garbage truck at TLC.

Strowman was granted a match against The Miz after agreeing to join Angle's Raw Survivor Series team as they gear up to take on Smackdown.

The match featured the towering Strowman tossing The Miz around the ring and attacking his Miztourage of Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas who were viewing the match from ringside. The Miz then received some help from Kane who attacked Strowman, however, The Big Red Machine was eventually disposed of as well.

Strowman then decimated The Miz with a thundering Running Powerslam. The giant will be joined by Angle, his son Jason Jordan, Finn Balor and Samoa Joe at Survivor Series in order to take on Smackdown's team of commissioner Shane McMahon, Randy Orton, Shinsuke Nakamura, Bobby Roode and an unnamed fifth member.

Angle selected Jordan for the team following his win Monday against Elias in a Guitar-on-a-Pole Match and then recruited Balor and Joe after they fought each other in a match that ended in a double count-out.

Other moments from Raw included Raw women's captain Alicia Fox selecting Asuka and Sasha Banks for her Survivor Series team after The Boss defeated her and Nia Jax alongside Bayley; and WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne making a surprise return to defeat Cruiserweight champion Enzo Amore.
