Based on Diana Gabaldon's popular novels, the small-screen drama Outlander follows British Claire [played by Caitriona Balfe,] a married, former World War II military nurse who magically travels back in time where she meets and falls in love with Scottish warrior Jamie [played by Sam Heughan.]

Season 3 is airing now.
