The 45-year-old's income comes from her role as Gloria on Modern Family and from her various licensing and endorsement deals with brands such as Head & Shoulders, Pepsi, CoverGirl, Avon, Rooms To Go and SharkNinja.

"Our endorsement department is a well-oiled machine," Vergara's manager and business partner Luis Balaguer said while speaking with Forbes. "Even now, our attention is on the people watching Modern Family and how to appeal to them outside of the show, too."

Cuoco who earns $1 million per episode on The Big Bang Theory, comes in at second place for the second year in a row with $26 million. The actress was previously tied with Vergara for first place in 2015.

Tied for third place is Mindy Kaling and Ellen Pompeo with $13 million while Mariska Hargitay reaches fifth place with $12.5 million.
