Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Fresh off his victory over John Cena at No Mercy, Roman Reigns came into contact with Intercontinental Champion The Miz Monday on Raw leading up to a non-title match.

Reigns met with The Miz as part of the A-lister's talkshow Miz TV to kick-off Raw where he discussed how he respected Cena following their epic confrontation. "It was the biggest win I've ever had in my entire career," Reigns said.

The Miz became offended however after he was called an idiot by Reigns. "You know who the guy is? The guy in the ring with the championship," The Miz said as his Miztourage consisting of Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel looked on.

Following a verbal battle that included The Miz declaring that The Miztourage would have defeated The Shield, Raw general manager Kurt Angle entered the scene and booked the two Superstars to face each other in a non-title match.

The ensuing bout ended with Reigns taking out Dallas and Axel with a Drive-By before he planted The Miz with a Spear for the three count. Afterwards, however, The Miztourage ganged up on The Big Dog with steel chairs and helped The Miz perform two Skull-Crushing Finales on Reigns.

As Reigns laid lifeless on the floor, The Miz, Dallas and Axel gave each other a fist-bump in order to mock The Shield. WWE later announced that The Miz would be facing Reigns next week on Raw with his Intercontinental Championship on the line.

Also on Raw, new Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore attempted to celebrate his title win Sunday with a Certified G coronation before he was interrupted by the entire Cruiserweight division.

Fed up with Amore's disrespectful attitude towards the division, all the members of 205 Live stood in silent protest of Amore until former champion Neville came out to confront his rival.

Despite Amore having a no-contact clause that would strip Neville of any future title opportunity, The King of the Cruiserweights attacked the new champion and struck him with a high-flying Red Arrow.

Other moments from Raw included Matt Hardy and Jason Jordan defeating The Miztourage; Elias defeating Apollo Crews; Mickie James confronting Raw Women's Champion Alexa Bliss; Raw Tag Team Champion Seth Rollins defeating Sheamus; Finn Balor defeating Goldust; Bayley and Sasha Banks defeating Nia Jax and Emma; and Raw Tag Team Champion Dean Ambrose losing to Braun Strowman after The Monster Among Men attacked Curt Hawkins in anger after losing to Brock Lesnar at No Mercy.
