Gal Gadot, Kumail Nanjiani to host 'SNL' in October

Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Saturday Night Live has its first three guest hosts and musical performers lined up for Season 43.

Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot will headline the Oct. 7 episode when Sam Smith will provide the music, and The Big Sick actor-writer Kumail Nanjiani and Pink will take the stage Oct. 14.

They are to follow the previously announced Bladerunner 2049 star Ryan Gosling and rapper Jay-Z, who will appear on the sketch comedy show's season premiere Sept. 30.

"Happy fall! #SNL," the show's Twitter account said Thursday, alongside the photo of a board covered in post-it notes with the stars' names on it.
