Audrina Patridge files for divorce after obtaining restraining order

The reality star married Corey Bohan in November after a year-long engagement.

Sept. 21 (UPI) -- Audrina Patridge filed for divorce Wednesday after obtaining a restraining order against her husband this week.

The 32-year-old television personality moved to end her 10-month marriage to Corey Bohan following an alleged instance of domestic violence, according to TMZ.

Patridge was granted a temporary restraining order against Bohan after filing for one Monday. Sources told People the reality star is focused on Kirra Max, her 15-month-old daughter with Bohan.

"Audrina's number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time," an insider told the magazine.

Patridge and Bohan married in Hawaii in November following a year-long engagement. The television personality had said in a blog post in August that she and Bohan were "so beyond in love" with Kirra and enjoying being first-time parents.

"Kirra is the happiest, most beautiful baby with a constant smile and lots of goo-ing and gaa-ing!" she gushed. "She loves giving Corey and I the biggest smiles."

"I absolutely love being a mom -- Kirra is my number one priority," the star added.

Patridge is known for starring on the MTV series The Hills, and has since appeared on Dancing with the Stars and Audrina.
