CBS orders 13 episodes of Dick Wolf's 'F.B.I.' drama

Sept. 20 (UPI) -- CBS says it has ordered 13 episodes of F.B.I., a one-hour drama from Law & Order creator Dick Wolf.

To be broadcast during the 2018-19 television season, the scripted drama is about "the inner workings of the New York office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation," the network said in a press release Wednesday.

Wolf, Craig Turk, Arthur W. Forney and Peter Jankowski will serve as executive producers, while Turk has been named showrunner and is writing the pilot episode.

No casting has been announced yet.
