Kyra Sedgwick returns to TV Oct. 1 with 'Ten Days in the Valley'

Sept. 12 (UPI) -- The Closer icon Kyra Sedgwick has a new mystery drama starting Oct. 1 on ABC called Ten Days in the Valley.

The Emmy Award-winning actress plays Jane Sadler, "an overworked television producer and single mother, in the middle of a fractious separation," press notes said.

"Jane's life is turned upside-down when her young daughter goes missing in the middle of the night. And just like her controversial police TV show, everything is a mystery, everyone has a secret and no one can be trusted."

Rounding out the cast are Abigail Pniowsky, Kick Gurry, Erika Christensen, Emily Kinney, Francois Battiste, Marisol Ramirez, Josh Randall, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Felix Solis and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje.
