Tom Hanks, Laverne Cox to hand out Creative Arts Emmys

Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Laverne Cox, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hanks and Jane Lynch will serve as presenters at next month's 2017 Creative Arts Emmy Awards.

The prizes will be handed out over two nights Sept. 9-10 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Also confirmed as presenters are Derek and Julianne Hough, Lisa Kudrow, Kenan Thompson, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Hank Azaria, Angela Bassett, Alexis Bledel, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Niecy Nash.

FXX will broadcast highlights from the event Sept. 16.
