Aug. 2 (UPI) -- Kim Zolciak posted up at the hospital this week after two of her children underwent surgery.

The 39-year-old reality star shared a photo Tuesday of 20-year-old daughter Brielle Biermann and 4-year-old son Kash Biermann following their tonsillectomies.

"2 kids same recovery room! It's all good though had the best doctor!" Zolciak captioned a picture of herself and husband Kroy Biermann with their sleeping kids.

"Had to take a pic for @kashbiermann and @briellebiermann for memory sake," she explained. "Tonsils and adenoids removed! Onward and Upwards #ImTheBiggerBsby #GetItTogetherMama."

Zolciak followed up by posting a photo of Brielle and Kash sharing a moment post-op. The picture shows the siblings snuggling together in a chair while wearing their blue hospital gowns.

"I love that my kids all love each other like they do! I LOVE MY FAMILY," the reality star wrote.

Zolciak is also mom to 15-year-old daughter Ariana, 6-year-old son Kroy Jr., and 3-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. The mom-of-six visited the hospital earlier this year after Kash was bitten by a dog and required surgery.

"[Dr. Williams] performed the surgery the night Kash was bit! He said, 'He is pleased with his progress and he doesn't feel he will need additional surgeries,'" Zolciak shared in June.

"Kash's face was broken and had to be pieced literally back together and due to all the swelling/trauma you don't know for several weeks if more surgery is needed," she explained. "Well we just got the news we were hoping for! This is nothing short of a divine intervention."
