Heidi Montag shows off baby bump during workout

Aug. 2 (UPI) -- Mom-to-be Heidi Montag showed off her growing belly during a workout this week.

The 30-year-old television personality shared a video Tuesday on Snapchat of herself working out at 7 months pregnant.

The clip shows Montag staying fit in a sports bra and shorts on her deck. She followed up by posting a video of husband Spencer Pratt rubbing her "swollen" calves after her session.

Montag is back to business following her babymoon with Pratt in Hawaii last week. She shared a photo July 25 of herself cradling her baby bump while posing with Pratt on the beach.

"#babymoon #7monthspregnant," the star captioned the picture on Instagram.

Montag announced her pregnancy in April, and confirmed the next month that she and Pratt are expecting a baby boy.

"It was in my heart to have a boy," the television personality confessed to Us Weekly at the time. "I thought Spencer really used to want a boy, and then a few months ago we had a conversation where he said, 'Let's just make sure it's healthy. Boy or girl, I don't care.'"

"I hope to have a little girl one day, but for my first child, I really wanted a son," she shared. "I thought it'd be a more natural bond for Spencer since he and his dad are so close."

Montag appeared on the MTV series Laguna Beach before starring with Pratt on The Hills. Her former co-star Lauren Conrad welcomed her first child, son Liam James, with husband William Tell in July.
