July 12 (UPI) -- Tamra Judge is giving fans a glimpse of her post-facelift recovery.
The 49-year-old reality star shared a series of pictures Tuesday after confirming she had her "neck and lower face done" in June.
"My doctors name is Dr. Milind Ambe," she wrote on Instagram. "These pics were taken all within the first week. Yes I was scared [expletive]! But I've seen Dr. Ambe's work on my Mom and knew I was in good hands. I wanted a very natural look and it's exactly what he's known for."
Judge said there "was little pain and bruising involved," but confessed her "neck is still stiff" and her "ears and jawline are slightly swollen and numb" 17 days after the surgery. She told fans she expects to fully recover in a few weeks.
"I'm open and honest about it because I want women to know that everyone gets old even people on TV and there is nothing wrong with growing old gracefully if that's what you want...... It's jut not for me! I like to keep it real! #lowerfacelift #eyetuck. #callitacomeback," the star said.
Judge initially unveiled her facelift while appearing on Monday's episode of Watch What Happens Live. She told host Andy Cohen she had the procedure to celebrate her 10-year anniversary on The Real Housewives of Orange County.
"I went and saw Dr. Ambe," the star said. "I had my neck and lower face done 15 days ago. I call it a comeback."
"Two weeks ago I went and had a little tuck. I just had the staples taken out behind my ears two days ago," she shared. "This is my 10-year anniversary on the show. I'm taking it back to Season 3!"
Judge has starred on The Real Housewives of Orange County since Season 3. The Bravo series co-stars Vicki Gunvalson, Shannon Beador, Meghan King Edmonds, Kelly Dodd and Peggy Sulahian, and returned for a 12th season this month.
