June 29 (UPI) -- Marvel has released the first trailer for its upcoming TV series, Inhumans.

The pilot episode of the superhero ensemble show is to premiere in IMAX theaters Sept 1. It will air Sept. 29 on ABC and will be followed by subsequent installments.

Thursday's 2-minute preview introduced Anson Mount's character Black Bolt and other members of the Inhumans royal family, including the king's ambitious brother Iwan Rheon Maximus and Serinda Swan as Black Bolt's wife Medusa.
