Jill Duggar to name second son Samuel Scott

June 7 (UPI) -- Expectant mom Jill Duggar will name her second son Samuel Scott.

The 26-year-old reality star and husband Derick Dillard confirmed their unborn baby's name on their website Tuesday ahead of his due date.

"We are so excited to announce the name of Baby Dillard #2! Samuel Scott Dillard," the couple wrote. "We can't wait to welcome him to the world and have him join our family very soon!"

Duggar had hinted at the name in another blog post while on ministry in Central America in April.

"The pregnancy is going well thus far, as we make it into the home stretch now," she wrote April 17. "Little 'Samuelito' (as the locals call him) sometimes wakes mommy up at night now with his active kicking."

Duggar and Dillard are already parents to 2-year-old son Israel David. The pair announced Duggar's second pregnancy in December, and confirmed in January that they're expecting another son.

"The next Dillard baby is a boy! We're so excited," Duggar said in a video on the TLC website. "We're really excited about having another son, and I know that Israel and this little one will be best friends."

Duggar and her family came to fame on the TLC series 19 Kids & Counting, and have since starred on Jill & Jessa: Counting On. Her brother Josh Duggar is expecting his fifth child with wife Anna Duggar.
