'Outsiders' canceled after two seasons on WGN America

April 15 (UPI) -- WGN America has canceled its Kentucky drama Outsiders after two seasons.

"After two seasons, we have to say goodbye! Thank you for your tremendous support & don't miss the finale on 4/25!" the show's Twitter account confirmed Friday.

The series follows the Farrell family, which inhabits the hills of Appalachia and fights for survival on the fringes of society. It co-stars Ryan Hurst, David Morse and Gillian Alexy.
