Mr. T eliminated from 'Dancing with the Stars'

April 11 (UPI) -- The A-Team and Rocky III alum Mr. T was the third celebrity eliminated in Season 24 of Dancing with the Stars in Los Angeles Monday night.

"Thank you! I said I couldn't dance, but I'd try. I was surprised that y'all wanted me after seeing I couldn't dance, but, thank you, it was a great experience. I enjoyed myself," the 1980s icon said, upon learning his fate.

Still in the running for the coveted mirror-ball trophy are ice skating champion Nancy Kerrigan, model and professional bull rider Bonner Bolton, pro football player Rashad Jennings, retired baseball player David Ross, singer-actress Erika Jayne, Firth Harmony member Normani Kodei, Bachelor star Nick Viall, one-time Glee cast-mate Heather Morris and Olympic gymnast Simone Biles.

Comedian Chris Kattan and entertainer Charo were previously booted from the competition this season.
