March 13 (UPI) -- The cast of Fox's upcoming X-Men series including stars Jamie Chung, Natalie Alyn Lind and Stephen Moyer have been featured together for a series of group photos.

"Cast reading of 'Gifted,'" X-Men film series producer Lauren Shuler Donner wrote on Twitter Friday referencing the working title for the series as the cast assembled for a table read.

Along with Moyer, Chung, Lind, Amy Acker and Coby Bell, The Originals star Joseph Morgan was also pictured in the photo, however, he has not been cast in the series and was on hand only for the read-through Entertainment Weekly reports.

The cast was then seen posing with X-Men film director Bryan Singer as they departed for Dallas from an airport.

"Watch out. X-men are coming for you Dallas. #mutantsquad," Lind captured the image on Instagram which featured the crew making the letter "X" with their arms.

The pilot, from Burn Notice creator Matt Nix, will focus on two ordinary parents who are on the run from the government after it's discovered their children have mutant powers. Once they join up with an underground mutant resistance, they begin to fight back in order to survive.
