March 6 (UPI) -- John Stamos played the prince Sunday during a visit to Disney World with his girlfriend.
The 53-year-old actor and Caitlin McHugh, an actress known for The Vampire Diaries, shared photos on Instagram from their romantic trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
"I'll be Prince Eric to your Ariel any ol' time @caitlinskybound #disneybound," Stamos captioned a picture of himself and McHugh walking toward Cinderella Castle.
"Found my Prince #PrinceEric #kissthegirl #disneybound #magickingdom #disneyworld #fairtytalelove (I know I look more like Vanessa, but I swear I have some natural red highlights)," the actress added to a similar snapshot.
Stamos and McHugh were first linked in March 2016 after they were spotted having ice cream in Los Angeles. The couple later collaborated on the short film Ingenueish, which McHugh discussed with Entertainment Tonight in January.
"They say if you can do a film together, you can do anything together. I'm very happy to say we survived the filming process," she said. "We're both still alive so it's great!"
"I'm very happy, he's super supportive, and I really couldn't ask for anything better," the actress added. "We like to keep our lives private because we've seen what relationships in the public eye can be like and we just like our privacy."
Stamos is known for playing Uncle Jesse on Fuller House, which will return for a third season on Netflix this year. McHugh portrayed on The Vampire Diaries, and will next star in the movie Random Tropical Paradise.
