Feb. 2 (UPI) -- Flip or Flop star Christina El Moussa appears to have moved on from her recent split. The 33-year-old television personality stepped out with new boyfriend Gary Anderson in Yorba Linda, Calif., after announcing she and Tarek El Moussa are headed for divorce.

InTouch Weekly captured El Moussa holding onto Anderson's arm during a walk in the Orange County neighborhood. Sources told the magazine the pair "seemed so relaxed and comfortable together."
"Christina looked adoringly at him. She was beaming!" the insider said. "They had big smiles. You could see the spark is there."
"It's a safe relationship, and she's happy with him," another source added. "Gary's been there for her while she's gone through hell with Tarek."
Tarek El Moussa filed for divorce from El Moussa in January after more than seven years of marriage. The couple had announced their split the month previous following a dramatic altercation in May.
"Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage," the pair said Dec. 12. "We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed.
"We are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be," they added. "We will continue to work through this process civilly and cooperatively, and plan to continue our professional life together."
El Moussa and Tarek El Moussa share two children, daughter Taylor and son Brayden. The pair star on the HGTV series Flip or Flop, which premiered a seventh season in December.
