Ariel Winter, boyfriend Levi Meaden get close at SAG Awards

Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Ariel Winter and boyfriend Levi Meaden got close on the red carpet Sunday.

The 19-year-old Modern Family star and 29-year-old actor attended the 2017 Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Winter drew comparisons to reality star Kylie Jenner in a formfitting, gold sequined gown with sheer detail. The actress was all smiles as she and Meaden kissed and posed for photos.

Modern Family was nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series, but lost to the cast of Orange is the New Black. The ABC sitcom is in its 8th season and co-stars Ed O'Neill, Sofia Vergara, Ty Burrell and Julie Bowen.

"We've been here so many years in a row, and we're so incredibly blessed people love our show and respond to it," Winter told E! News on the red carpet. "We love making it. So it's really nice to be recognized among amazing shows."

Winter and Meaden were first linked in November after a getaway to Mexico and confirmed their relationship the same month. The actress celebrated her 19th birthday with Meaden and other family and friends Saturday.

"I went to dinner with 20 of my closest friends and family," she told E!. "We went out and spent time together. I tried to keep it smaller and low key but ... we were out dancing, and it was fun so things spiraled."
