TNT renews 'The Librarians' for a fourth season

Jan. 24 (UPI) -- TNT says it has ordered a fourth season of The Librarians, its fantasy-adventure starring Rebecca Romijn, John Larroquette, Christian Kane, Lindy Booth and John Harlan Kim.

Season 3 wrapped Sunday.

The Librarians follows a series of popular TV movies starring Noah Wyle. The franchise "centers on an ancient organization dedicated to protecting an unknowing world from the secret, magical reality hidden all around," a news release noted.

Wyle plays the recurring role of senior librarian Flynn Carsen. He is also an executive producer on the show.
