Taboo tells the story of Delaney, "a man who has been to the ends of the earth and comes back irrevocably changed," a synopsis said.

Co-starring Michael Kelly, Oona Chaplin, David Hayman and Jonathan Pryce, the show will air on the BBC in the United Kingdom and on FX in the United States in January.
